Added my data but able to to view it and also when I try and added manually it’s says (overlapping)

It sounds like you’re encountering an “overlapping” error when trying to manually add data, which usually happens if the time period you’re trying to add overlaps with existing data in the WHOOP app. For example, if you try to add sleep or activity data that conflicts with already logged sessions, the app will prevent that to avoid duplicate or conflicting entries.
If this is related to sleep data, sometimes WHOOP might misclassify sleep as a nap or miss detecting sleep initially. You can try the following to fix it:

If a sleep cycle was logged as a nap, you can convert the nap to sleep by tapping the nap activity on the Overview screen, then tapping the three dots in the corner, selecting “Convert to Sleep,” and confirming.

When adding data manually, ensure the time period does not overlap with existing logged data.

If the issue persists, try force closing and reopening the app before adding data again.
