yesterday i didnt get any data from my tracker! kinda frustrating, its just 2 days since u bought mine.
Hey @kalebatienzaa,
It can definitely be frustrating when your WHOOP isn’t showing data after just a couple of days. Missing or delayed data is usually tied to things like Bluetooth hiccups, strap fit, or syncing interruptions — and it’s actually pretty normal in the first few days of using a new device. WHOOP stores up to 14 days of data locally, and sometimes it just needs a little extra time or a clean connection to push everything into the app.
Here are some quick steps to get things syncing smoothly:
Check the basics
-
Make sure your WHOOP strap is snug and sits about one finger-width above your wrist with no visible green light leaking.
-
Keep your phone within Bluetooth range and the WHOOP app running in the background.
-
Confirm the WHOOP app and device firmware are fully up to date.
-
Avoid connecting your WHOOP to multiple devices at the same time.
Improve syncing
-
Keep your strap near your phone.
-
Ensure Bluetooth is on and your phone has a stable internet connection.
-
If you track activities with GPS, remember WHOOP uses your phone’s GPS — keep your phone with you and confirm location permissions are enabled.
-
Try force closing and reopening the WHOOP app to refresh the connection.
-
You can also reboot your WHOOP device through the app to reset the sync pathway.
