Whoop data each month

Hi,

When I get my Whoop data per month, I always get the August overview and can't see other months.

It sounds like you are seeing only the August overview in your monthly WHOOP data reports. To view data from other months, you can use the Calendar view in the WHOOP app or web app. The Calendar view allows you to access past data across Recovery and other key metrics for up to 6 months. This way, you can select and see the overview for any month you want, not just August.

If you are referring to the monthly performance reports, note that WHOOP has transitioned from Monthly Performance Assessments (MPAs) to the new Month in Review (MIR). You should be able to access different months’ data through the app’s calendar or insights sections.

thanks for the fast reply.

I found it ! but I see there is always a 1% Recovery thats not true its one from in the past . Today it stands on 3/11 can I delete it and give the good recovery ?

Also if I still want to download my overview of the month it always give me the month August
