According to the most recent carrier update, the package is currently listed as “Delayed (External factors)” while it clears customs in Bangalore, India. Delays like this are usually resolved automatically, but the next scan will come directly from DHL once the shipment resumes movement.

What you can do now

  1. Keep an eye on the tracking link above — DHL will post each new scan first.

  2. If you’d like more detailed information, you’re welcome to contact DHL Express and provide the tracking number. They can give you the latest status from their side.
