Hello. I’m attaching a picture of my Whoop 5.0 Peak where my band clasp is stuck to the metal sensor. I am not able to remove it. The clasp has been stuck for the past three days and I am not able to use it. Tried reporting from the app but no response from the support team. Please provide a solution for this issue. Hoping to hear from you soon.

It can happen if it goes on the wrong way. Happened to me but never got stuck. From the picture I’d say it has to come off in the direction where it’s half on. Maybe WD40 wipes or water will allow it to slip off.
Came across this post because I was having the same issue. I solved it by taking a rubber mallet, holding the sensor on a counter where the clasp is just off the edge of counter, and tapping it until it slid off. Hope this helps.

If I had a Mallot near my whoop not sure I could be gentle, I feel like smashing it daily
