Hi everyone,
I just bought a brand new WHOOP and I’m completely stuck during the onboarding/setup process.
Here’s exactly what happens:

I open the WHOOP iPhone app and log into my account successfully.

I reach the screen where I need to accept:

WHOOP Privacy Policy
-
WHOOP Terms of Use
-

The two checkboxes/links for those sections are completely unresponsive.

I literally cannot press them at all.
What’s strange:

The OTHER two checkboxes on the same screen work perfectly fine:
-
consent for data processing in the US
-
receiving updates/newsletters
-
-
I CAN log into my account on the WHOOP website with no issues.

I receive WHOOP login/security emails normally.
What I already tried:

deleting/reinstalling the app
-
restarting the phone
-
updating iOS
-
Wi-Fi and cellular
-
different Apple IDs/emails
-
clearing Safari data
-
Bluetooth reset
-
changing language settings
-
trying on TWO different iPhones
The exact same issue happens on every device.
At this point it feels like my onboarding/setup process is bugged or corrupted on WHOOP’s side.
Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?
