The haptic alarm does not activate on my Whoop 5.0. This issue has been happening for around a week now. I have restarted the Whoop and reset the alarm but nothing seems to work.

You do not state but you are aware the Whoop app must be open on your phone and Whoop band connected for the alarm to work. Do you have the phone near you whilst you sleep or do you have some nighttime routine that disables Bluetooth? Could this be your issue?
