I recently upgraded to the WHOOP 5.0. My new whoop will not pair with my peloton which is my main cardio workout. My old WHOOP pairs immediately. My son upgraded to the next level WHOOP and it will not pair either. WHOOP support after many tries said it is a software bug but gives no estimate of a fix.

This is EXTREMELY disappointing. If I would have known it was not compatible with my bike I never would have upgraded. Get it together Whoop!!

Hi @patlutz15 and @AJKaboom, the most recent firmware version 50.32.1.0 fixed this issue. Can you try updating your firmware and let us know if you’re still running into any issues?
To update your firmware manually, go to Device Settings:
Swipe left, and you’ll see this screen. Click Firmware Check and download the latest firmware.
