WHOOP 5.0 Upgrade – Incorrect Shipping Charges Showing for India

My name is Pavankumar, and I am a WHOOP Peak member based in India. Yesterday, I renewed my annual membership. As per the upgrade policy, the WHOOP 5.0 hardware upgrade fee correctly shows as ₹0, but during checkout, I am being charged ₹10,090 as shipping charges.

This amount is unusually high—more than half of the annual membership fee—and does not align with the idea of a free hardware upgrade. It appears there may be a configuration or regional pricing error affecting India-based members.

I have also been trying to reach WHOOP customer support for the past three days, but I have not received any proper response or resolution.

I request you to kindly verify this issue and correct the amount, or provide an alternative way for me to receive the WHOOP 5.0 upgrade free of cost as promised.

Additionally, the customer service experience has been very disappointing so far. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
