Hello WHOOP Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my WHOOP strap not connecting to my new phone.
I recently changed to a new device, and since then I have been unable to connect the strap. I have tried every possible troubleshooting step: resetting my phone completely, erasing all data, resetting Bluetooth, removing and reinstalling the app, and disconnecting everything before trying again. Unfortunately, nothing has worked.
Every time I attempt to connect, I receive an error message, and the strap simply will not pair with my new phone.
Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?
