Very frustrating… I go to order status and says “to be processed”. I have sent a few email out and they come back saying they are doing all they can do and will ship ASAP.
Then I get a refund for one of the 4 bands I bought in addition to the 5.0. Is it one of the extra bands they are waiting for or are they stone cold out of 5.0’s? Order #B44485345

Thank you for chiming in. Yes they did email me last night. They told me that there was an accessory (SuperKnit Obsidian MG) out of stock that has been refunded.
Frustrating the vague responses though. They said “Regarding your order, please be informed that we do not have a specific timeframe for the shipment but no worries, rest assured that we are actively working to get your order to you. Please be assured that the rest of your order will ship out once our warehouse has processed it.”
That doesn’t really mean anything. While I appreciate the update, I still lack clarity regarding my order WHOOP 5.0 MG… is currently in stock and ready for shipment? The phrase “in the coming days” is quite broad, and given the previous vague responses, lord knows what that means. Fingers crossed.
