I am from India and want to return whoop device after cancelling membership. I am unable to proceed further to return this device because the listed countries don’t have option of India in it but shipment is done in India to my address. Please help me with the process.
Note: On 9th Question it asks for country and I didn’t find India in that and unable to proceed further in return process.
Currently, the WHOOP return process does not list India as an option for device returns, even if the shipment was made to an address in India. Returns typically must be processed through the original retailer or within the countries listed in the return options. WHOOP cannot process returns directly for shipments to India if India is not listed as a return country.
If you canceled your membership and want to return the device, please check if the device was purchased through an authorized retailer in India or another channel that might have its own return policy. WHOOP itself does not handle returns for countries not listed in the return options.
