Try these quick steps to get your notifications working again:
Check app settings: In the WHOOP app, go to your profile or the More tab, then Notifications. Make sure everything’s turned on.
Check phone settings:
iPhone: Settings > Notifications > WHOOP > Allow Notifications.
Android: Settings > Apps > WHOOP > Notifications > Allow.
Turn off Do Not Disturb:
iPhone: Swipe down, tap Focus, and make sure WHOOP notifications are allowed.
Android: Settings > Sound & Vibration > Do Not Disturb > Turn off.
Restart your phone to refresh the connection.

I checked all notifications setups and did reconnect and reboot, reinstalled the app, but the problem isn’t gone.

Hi, I solved it when made an update my phone software for 18.7. I don’t know exactly what happened with whoop ap, but problem is gone.

Did you get it fixed? I had this issue previously and just returned the whole whoop and got a new one, now I’m having same issues again, I even bought a new phone (iPhone 17) in between in case my old iPhone 13 was the issue
