Whoop 5.0 mg couldn't load new notification in the app

Try these quick steps to get your notifications working again:

  1. Check app settings: In the WHOOP app, go to your profile or the More tab, then Notifications. Make sure everything’s turned on.

  2. Check phone settings:

    • iPhone: Settings > Notifications > WHOOP > Allow Notifications.

    • Android: Settings > Apps > WHOOP > Notifications > Allow.

  3. Turn off Do Not Disturb:

    • iPhone: Swipe down, tap Focus, and make sure WHOOP notifications are allowed.

    • Android: Settings > Sound & Vibration > Do Not Disturb > Turn off.

  4. Restart your phone to refresh the connection.

I checked all notifications setups and did reconnect and reboot, reinstalled the app, but the problem isn’t gone.

I have the same problem. iPhone 13 as well

Hi, I solved it when made an update my phone software for 18.7. I don’t know exactly what happened with whoop ap, but problem is gone.

Did you get it fixed? I had this issue previously and just returned the whole whoop and got a new one, now I’m having same issues again, I even bought a new phone (iPhone 17) in between in case my old iPhone 13 was the issue
