Whoop 5.0 delivery delay, frustrating customer service!

I’ve made my order on January 22nd and update so far is still under progress. Tried getting in touch with customer service, but the AI generated replies are even more frustrating!

Would appreciate a better customer experience and more reasonable shipping schedule !

I hope you have recieved your order! I would like to know, as I have ordered a device for my wife as a birthday present on 10th May 26 and it was meant to shipped 2 days later and her birthday was a week later. Almost 3 weeks later, nothing has happened. When i wrote through the chatbot, I got a case number and still no follow -up. In summary money charged, no product recieved, no feedback or follow up! Not a big fan and certainly regret buying a second piece!
