Whoop 5.0 constant off body problems + fading band + bad customer service

Upgraded to a 5.0 from a 4.0 right when it came out and I really like it however recently I have been getting off body notifications. Today my whoop is constantly “off body” and doesn’t track any of my activities even though I don’t take it off. I also submitted a ticket last week with no response, today resubmitted another request and was informed I moved back in line. Makes no sense and is extremely frustrating because nothing I do is being logged. On top of all that my band is fading and looks dirty because of it.

Hi @groggikitten, I will escalate this with support. Keep an eye out for an email from them.

I’m having the same problems, it’s really annoying and why I stopped wearing it recently.

Ja, mein schwarzes Nylon Band ist nach 40 Tagen ausgebleicht und der Verschluss schließt nicht richtig, sodass ich es 2 x verloren habe. Habe angefragt ob ich ein neues in anderem Material bekomme. Bin auf die Reaktion gespannt

Same problem all day after my first 12 days went great. Very frustrating.

same here. Everyday I see gaps in my data for 20 min - several hours, last night it didnt record my sleep and i have a data gap for 6 hours

Did you folks find a resolution to the office body error ?
