Whoop 5.0 Battery only lasting 7 days

What battery life are folks seeing out of their 5.0?

I’m far from the claimed 14 days and managed to only get 7 days from 100% to 10%. A couple of bike rides, relaxation breathing and 2 meditations…

Latest whoop firmware paired with Android Pixel 9.

I’m at 50% after 7 days so on track so far with the 14 day expectation

I charged after 7 days at like 23%, so I’m guessing I could maybe get 10 days out of it but from what I’m gathering with other people’s experience, the battery life is wildly inconsistent

Hey gang, thanks for the notes. One of the biggest things that can drain battery life is the HR Broadcast feature when it’s turned on. If you go to “More” → “Device Settings” → Then look at the bottom and you’ll see the Broadcast Heart Rate toggle. When that’s toggled on, it can drain the battery faster. Is yours on or off @hauskatze @Fotocraphy? You’ll see mine is toggled off. My battery is lasting 14 days similar to @redjack63.

I’m aware of this, which is why mine is turned off. Also I’m using 5.0.

@Fotocraphy Kk. DMing you now to connect on this. Stay tuned.

mine is off. never turned it on.

Try rebooting your Whoop through the app. This is what support told me and it seems to have fixed the issue for me :+1:

Edit: Or maybe it’s that I had my phone on energy saving this week and it didn’t sync all the time. :man_shrugging:Can only be sure in a few weeks

My 5.0 lost 19% in 48h, this will never never hold 2 weeks :joy:

Have you tried rebooting the device and turned heartrate broadcast off?

Never turned it on, so its off all the time. Last 24h dropped from 26% to 11% and yes, rebooted several times, firmware is up up date too.

This is my log:
