WHOOP 4.0 Not Pairing – Urgent Assistance Needed

Hello WHOOP Support Team,
My WHOOP 4.0 band has not worked for a week and always shows “Connection Failed” when pairing.
I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, charging the band fully, and pairing on another phone.
I have paid $150 for a one-year subscription and I cannot use it.
Please provide immediate assistance to reset the device remotely or arrange a replacement.

With all due respect to Whoop support - please update these threads with what solution worked or even better do a compendium of all such solutions.

For those who are visiting this thread to solve this: better support is found on reddit.

One which worked like a charm for many: whoop does not say what exactly is “tap” to trigger pairing mode. you need to hit it really hard for a tap to register, might be for the accelerometer to detect it.

There are people who are trying out tapping gently for more than an hour to get it to pairing mode :rofl:
