Whoop 4.0 disconnected and will not reconnect

MY 4.0 disconnected yesterday 8/12 around 10am and I have not been able to reconnect it. I have been back and forth with support for 10 emails and no solution. Last night i would get it into pairing mode but my phone never detected it after 30 minutes. Now I can’t get the device into pairing at all. I just want to know what else I can do or is the strap itself broken. I want to get the new one but I don’t want to lose this data
