Whoop 4.0 Batteries

I have seen many posts about this but no solutions. My Whoop 4.0 battery is lost and the Whoop Shop website shows me (while logged in) zero products under a page that reads:

These items are compatible with your device

___

Then nothing. Blank white page

I wrote to support a month ago, and despite explaining the above exactly, the replied to login at the Web site. I replied I already was logged in and sent them a screen shot of the page. No response.

Whoop folks: don’t tell me to write an email. That would be super frustrating at this point. Fix the website or send me a DM on Instagram (deltahand account) with a phone number I can call Whoop at.
