If I cancel my annual subscription does it cease to work on the day it was supposed to renew or does it cancel immediately?
Does my membership & data go on ice until I decide to do it again in the future?

If you cancel your annual WHOOP membership, it does not cancel immediately. Instead, your membership will remain active until the end of your current commitment period or term, and you can continue to use WHOOP and collect data until that time. After the membership term ends, it will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.
Once your membership officially ends, WHOOP will no longer collect, upload, or analyze your biometric data, so your membership and data access effectively pause until you decide to reactivate or start a new membership in the future.
If your membership is currently paused, you must resume it before you can cancel.
