My healthspan report in strain, HR zones 1,2 ,3 and then 4 and 5 does not match the week report, where i set the objectives and did more than 30min in HR zones 4 and 5 , and more than 2.30hs in the lower zones, in order to reach objectives and increase health..
Hi @vgaensly, thank you very much for this feedback.
Healthspan updates based on your previous week of data, since it only updates every Sunday, and shows 30 day and 6 month averages.
Weekly plans will accumulate HR Zone time for that active week.
The two will not match for that reason.
However, I think you bring up a really good point, because I can see how the current UX/UI could be confusing, particularly because the date of the week is anchored to the top of the Healthspan page. I just let the Product team know about your post here and the feedback. They are going to revisit this point in the next round of updates they make to the feature. Thank you so much for sharing! You are helping us uncover where we can do better. It’s a great call out. I appreciate it. ![]()
Durkin
Yes, thanks for the reply and explanation @Durkin .
My thinking/reasoning was that I am trying to improve my Healthspan, so I checked the main items that influence to that, like time in HR zones 4 and 5 and time in HR zones 1-3…
then I created objectives to increase my time on these zones..
followed up during the week,
then I noticed on Sunday that I was behind my targets, and went for a run specifically focused on reach my target… so in the targets tab I see I reached them, but then when I go to the Healthspan it does not.. As you mentioned it is confusing to the end customer.. both should match and close in the same day .. if it is saturday ok, but then the objectives tab should behave the same, so the user then like in my case would try to finish all the possible targets until Saturday.. or both until Sunday.
Please let me know if I can support with any additional info.
kind regards
all the best.
hello again , @Durkin
bringing up this topic back as to me I am trying to improve my whoop age and pace aging, and focusing on the areas i can make changes by myself, such as exercising, running and control very specifically in detail my HR ZONES, to reach the targets, and as a consequence see this applied in a + positive trend to my strain-GREEN..
and even waiting more days ( as the objective week does not match the whoop age week) it does not increase my weekly HR Zones..
is it correct ?
i am open to share more details and also a conference call if whoop team would like to.
regards
Hello again, one more week, I keep pushing to increase my time in specific HR zones targets but it does not reflect on my healthspan results.
here goes now a concrete example that i keep pushing on the objective plan, that i co related with the health span, on sunday morning i get a message from whoop informing me that i should improve in my targets to improve healthspan.
on monday i get a message from plan with a congratulations for achieving my objectives..
as a suggestion should really be more in sync to a better user experience.
Hello @Durkin and whoop team, long time passed, and I still get very confused to follow up my targets and reach them and they really do not match. again, they should match, for example both conclude every saturday or every Sunday, and restart in the next day of the week.. 7 days starting and ending same day… every week, so progress can be checked every day and run to reach the targets. thanks a lot . If you would like more details just reach out.
