Weekly goals/plan update and changes

I know recently whoop switched from weekly avg to daily metrics for the weekly plan/goals. I understand the change to be more “day” oriented and habit building but I feel including an option for your plan/goals to be avg oriented would be beneficial. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m failing when I mix in a rest day and I miss my weekly plan because my strain was too low 1 day.

I also want to bring back up the idea of starting and stopping activities with tapping the device much like turning an alarm off.

These are free and the technology already exists!
