Want to return whoop I don’t need

I initiated a trial return, and the app shows “Your return has been initiated,” but I have not received the return email containing the label or QR code. I have attempted this multiple times and also checked my spam folder.

I do not wish to keep the WHOOP device. Kindly resend or regenerate my return label/QR code and confirm the status of my trial/membership, including any applicable restocking fees.

I am ready to return the device and charger as soon as I receive the label.
