Received my free trial Whoop device on 3rd July, realised it wasn’t what I want or need so initiated a return on 5th July.
Paid £8 for return postage and was told return label would be emailed to me and that I had 7 days from cancellation to post it back.
Today is the 8th July and still not received the email with the returns label.
I have received emails stating I need to send it back by the 12th otherwise I will be charged £114!
Anyone have any ideas how I can avoid this charge if I don’t receive the return label in time?
I’ve emailed them to send it and I’ve messaged them on X too.

We sincerely apologize if you did not receive the return label. Upon checking on our end, it appears that there has been an issue with the system that’s why you are unable to receive the return label. Due to this, I have secured an approval for you to not return the device. In this case, you may keep it or gift it to your loved ones. Rest assured that we have noted your issue on our end, so if it happens that you are charged for the restocking fee, we will process a refund right away.
