Very Low HRV Average Causing Possible Recovery Score Issues

My HRV is extremely low. My average HRV is around 18 ms, even though I’m 20 years old, male, and very athletic.

Because my HRV is already so low, it feels like it is almost impossible for it to drop much further. As a result, I never seem to get a “red” recovery score, even though HRV appears to be one of the biggest factors in calculating recovery.

I also think this may be affecting my stress score. During sleep, my device often shows 0% stress, which seems unrealistic to me. I feel like having absolutely no stress during sleep should not really be possible, so I’m wondering whether my low baseline HRV is causing the recovery and stress scores to be inaccurate.
