Very annoyed by AI pop ups & ads for upselling.
Landing page should include only relevant customer performance data & nothing else.
AI Coach is a PITA. UX sucks. Want to turn off AI & ALL ads
In week 2 of an annual membership fully prepaid. Disgusted by the needless crap to navigate around.
Emails re: same to CS remain unanswered = negative branding.
Probably will cancel.
I bet the Whoop customer retention rate is weak.
