Thanks for raising this point — it’s an important consideration. The Healthspan feature was developed based on peer-reviewed research linking specific physiological metrics (like resting heart rate, sleep regularity, and physical activity) to long-term health outcomes, particularly all-cause mortality. The body of literature we relied on to build this model is based on studies of adults, not adolescents. Because of that, we don’t yet know how well the same relationships hold true in younger populations, whose bodies and physiology are still developing.
