I purchased a WHOOP 5.0 from Noon UAE, and the listing clearly said it includes a 12-month membership. After setting up my device, my app only shows 1 month.
I’m frustrated and disappointed — I was really looking forward to using WHOOP for a full year. I want to get the full membership activated as advertised, as soon as possible.
I have the Noon invoice and screenshots of the listing ready. Has anyone dealt with this before? What’s the fastest way to get this resolved?
