Urgent Help Needed – 12-Month WHOOP Membership from Noon Not Activated

Hi everyone,

I purchased a WHOOP 5.0 from Noon UAE, and the listing clearly said it includes a 12-month membership. After setting up my device, my app only shows 1 month.

I’m frustrated and disappointed — I was really looking forward to using WHOOP for a full year. I want to get the full membership activated as advertised, as soon as possible.

I have the Noon invoice and screenshots of the listing ready. Has anyone dealt with this before? What’s the fastest way to get this resolved?

Where are you seeing that your membership will expire in one month? I’lm looking at your account on on our end I see an renewal date of 11/12/2026.
