How to upgrade to whoop 5 mg from 4 peak?

Hey @yashgupta44, thanks for the post! Stoked to hear you’d like to upgrade from 4.0 to MG, let’s make it happen :slight_smile:

You can upgrade from WHOOP 4.0 to WHOOP 5.0 or WHOOP MG in two ways:

  • Purchase a 12-month membership extension to receive new device at no extra cost

  • Pay a one-time upgrade fee

To do so:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Navigate to the More icon on the navigation bar. If the Profile icon is there instead, tap it, then tap the three lines at the top of the page.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Select Membership and Billing.

  5. Choose your preferred upgrade method.

  6. Complete payment.

  7. Your new membership will activate immediately.

  8. Once you receive your new MG device, follow instructions in the box to pair.
