Hi, recently i upgraded from 4.0 to MG. I did an upcycle (as a gift 2 months free trial) for my friend. He connected today for the first time (Marijan72 from Croatia) and i got an e-mail with information on his 2 month free trial start. But immediately, a minute later i got an e-mail stating i can claim my 45usd gift as he became a member.
When he joined for the first time there was no obvious place to push for this free trial. Now, we’re worried he will be charged, or he already has been with one year sub. Can you check this please and if that’s the case please can you make it go? He is willing to be a member after 2 months trial but on a monthly installments.
