Hi, I recently upgraded to Whoop MG and gifted my 4.0 to my wife. My wife registered and has the 2 month free trial but the Whoop App will not connect to her phone, which is a recent Samsung Android device. I’ve followed the prompts,
- removed the Bluetooth connection form my phone
- Charged the battery pack completely
- Charged the Whoop completely
- Left the battery on also for 15 minutes, green lights on sensor are on
- Green light on side of Whoop appears
- I tried tapping top of device, but the green light comes on, never a flashing blue light
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m 3 days into the free trial and it’s still not working.
