I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unexpected charge on my account. I purchased a WHOOP device for a total amount of €179.10, paid in three installments of €59.70. However, on January 27th, an additional amount of €264 was charged to my account.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this situation, as I do not understand the reason for this debit and no additional purchase was made on my part. I therefore request a full refund of this amount as soon as possible in order to resolve this issue.
