Unacceptable experience: defective unit, wrong replacement, zero accountability

My experience with WHOOP has been a complete disaster. I ordered a WHOOP MG from their official store to avoid problems, but I got a defective sensor. After endless emails and over a week of delays, they sent a wrong replacement (WHOOP 5.0).

Now they expect me to:
• Return both devices at my own expense
• Wait additional weeks for review
• All while I’ve already bought a second unit to fix the mess they caused

The support is nonexistent, replies are automated and delayed, and their process is a joke.
I’ve wasted money, time, and trust. WHOOP’s handling of this is incompetent and disgraceful.

Think twice before ordering from WHOOP directly.
You’ll pay more — not for service, but for stress.

There is no customer service.
