Error: there was problem updating your profile I restarted mobile and reinstalled the app but still

Sorry you are running into this issue. Here are a few quick things you can try:

Make sure the WHOOP app is fully updated in the App Store or Google Play.

Restart both the app and your phone.

Double-check your internet connection, or switch to another network if you can.

Try a manual sync by going to More (or Profile) > Device Settings > Sync Now.

If you see errors like “Connection Failed” or “Server Unavailable,” it may be Bluetooth or server-related.

To edit your profile, tap your picture in the app, hit the pencil icon, make changes, then tap Save.

If nothing helps, uninstall and reinstall the app.
