Unable to stay logged in

I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times and only receive bot responses. I just set up my whoop account and was attempting to switch the yearly subscription to monthly. The bot response said it is unavailable at this time but my significant other set up the account at the same time as me and it is available for her. Another issue I am having is that every time I close the app it logs me out and once I sign in it requires me to start over the account set up every time. I’ve done all the recommendations from the bot and nothing has worked and the bot repeatedly just gives me the same steps to try with no difference in outcome.
