Im unable to pair my whoop device with my phone, iv tried everything even restarting my phone. It shows blue light and when i press the device name to establish bluetooth connection it fails every time

I’m sorry you’re having trouble pairing your WHOOP device! Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve pairing issues:
- Make sure your WHOOP appears with pulsing blue LEDs (showing it’s in pairing mode). Try slipping on the battery pack when starting to pair to activate this.
- In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget any previously connected WHOOP devices.
- Power off your phone completely (not just a restart), wait 10 seconds, and power it back on.
- Make sure your phone and WHOOP app are up to date.
- Open the WHOOP app, go to More > Device Settings > Advanced > Pair a Device, and select your sensor from the list.
If using Android, please ensure Location Services are enabled and permissions for Bluetooth and Location are granted to the WHOOP app.
If you see flashing blue and white lights on the device, keep tapping firmly on top of the sensor until you see only blue lights for pairing mode.

At 5:30 last night it stopped collecting data - and i have done every possible situation to pair my whoop however I never see a blue light - what do I do? Not sure the whoop help line is very helpful. If I never get it to pair - how do I go about getting it refunded and returned. I feel horrible bc I referred friends.
Is there a special place
To tap the whoop that works for pairing - bc I haven’t had any luck in getting a blue light for pairing. And I’ve done everything you and whoop have suggested.

Sorry to hear you are still running into issue. I can put in a support ticket for you.
One other thing to try, try sliding your battery on while attempting to pair. That sometimes triggers it into pairing mode.
It didn’t work. I don’t even know who to contact at this point - whoops seems to have ghosted me convenient for them.
I would upgrade but who is to say that the upgrade is going to work …and no one has even contacted me
