You can cancel your WHOOP membership by going to the Membership section at app.whoop.com and clicking “Cancel Your Membership” at the bottom of the page. Then, select the option that applies to your membership type and status.
Please note:
- If you are within a 12- or 24-month commitment period, you cannot cancel immediately but can schedule your membership to cancel at the end of your term.
- If you are paying monthly and outside of a commitment, you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- If your membership is paused, you must unpause it before canceling.
- After cancellation, you will have access until the end of your billing period, but no new data will be collected or analyzed.
