I took on a free trial at a health expo for 30 days. I wish to cancel this membership as Whoop isn’t for me.
There is no option to cancel. I have logged on via the app and the computer.
When I get to the section to cancel it says I have 11 months commitment left. It doesn’t renew until 5th November so I’m still in time.
Really don’t want to get charged for the next year and cannot get through to speak to anyone.
