Trying to cancel, but still says that subscription is active with next billing coming soon

It looks like this is because you have a monthly subscription. If you are paying monthly and are within a 12-month commitment period, you cannot cancel within that period. You would need to either pay off the remaining months in full or schedule your membership to cancel at the end of the commitment period. If you are outside of a 12-month commitment, you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

You can manage cancellation by visiting app.whoop.com, navigating to the Membership section, and selecting the cancellation option that applies to your membership.
