Hello, does anyone have this problem and can help? I was gifted a 1 month membership from my husband as he upgraded from the 4.0 to 5.0. At the end I was unconvinced but decided to pause and think about it instead of cancelling. Before the end of the freeze, I tried to cancel and was told to unfreeze to cancel. When I did this I was charged a full year’s fees and now I’m stuck with this bill for a device I never wanted in the first place. They wont even transfer the pre-paid year to my husband who does use the device. The customer service at WHOOP is simply the worst I have ever encountered. How do I get out of this torture??
