Trial version replaced with new device now showing membership expired

I replaced my trial peak version with new life device with one year membership. Now after using 2 days it’s showing membership expired

I have exactly the same issue - as soon as my return was processed for the trial device (last night), the active membership for the other device (which has a year left to run) now shows as expired. It’s pretty frustrating
