Too many disconnections

My WHOOP band frequently disconnects from my iPhone 16 Pro, at least twice a day. I often receive warnings saying it hasn’t been connected for over three hours. When that happens, I have to forget the WHOOP band in Bluetooth settings and reconnect it.

On some days, it has even stayed disconnected for over 10 hours overnight.

I’m using the WHOOP 5.0 mg, and my iPhone is running iOS 18.5.
