First, I recommend rebooting your device, as this often resolves unexpected battery drain after updates or background processes. To reboot your device, please navigate to Device Settings by selecting the device icon in your app. Then go to Advanced > Reboot Device.
After the reboot:
Make sure your WHOOP app and firmware are fully up to date.
Keep an eye on the battery performance over the next couple of charge cycles.
