Hey guys,
I typically always wear the whoop on my wrist, except for the workouts (running, rowing, strength) for better HR tracking. so right after the workout I put it back to my wrist.
Just to give my wrist a few days to recover an though I keep wearing the whoop on my biceps.
But it feels like for some reason the stress score is way higher than on wrist.
Is there anything I could do? I assume when I wear it for long on the biceps it would regulate itself and be okay again but then the same game happens when I change back to wrist?
I would love to have a setting where I can confirm the location so it uses the baseline values from these positions.
