I’ve been enjoying using WHOOP for my training, and I wanted to share some feedback and feature requests specifically regarding strength training sessions:
Minimising Strength Training Screen
It would be helpful to have an option to minimise the strength training screen during a session. This would make it easier to navigate my phone without losing focus on the session.
Heart Rate Sync Issue
Occasionally, my heart rate data crashes or freezes during strength sessions, causing the reading to fall out of sync. This affects the accuracy of the session data.
Workout Rearrangement
Once a session starts, the exercises are locked in the original order. If I need to rearrange the sets mid-session, I currently have to end the session and start over. Having the ability to adjust the order on the fly would significantly improve flexibility.
I’m curious to know if these improvements are on your roadmap or if there are any upcoming updates that might address these pain points.

I’m not sure this addresses your specific issue with workout rearrangement, but here is what I do when a machine is busy.
As an example, the machine that I need is the Machine Chest Press but someone is using it.
I go to the “Exercise” tab. This is the screen I would see, including the next machine (set) that I’m going to do. If you select the “Play” button for the first set a green box highlights Set 1. If you select the Play button a second time the set timer starts. You will see the Play button turn into a rotating ring. You can also return to the Live Session tab and continue with the timer.
In this example, you jumped over the machine that wasn’t available and used one that was. You can use this method to jump to any machine in your Workout. Hopefully, this helps you with the Strength Trainer.

Hi, I hope this is the right thread to post this. Any chance we could have the ability to create/edit strength trainer sessions in Whoop on our pc/mac and have them sync to the phone and vice versa?
