Has anyone been experiencing issues with their strength trainer? The + symbol is no where to be seen on my App. I’ve tried updating in the App Store, deleting the app, turning on/off Bluetooth etc. It’s been missing now with nearly a week and still no response back from Whoop support. The layout has changed and I’m told the + should now be located to the far right of “My Day”. Incredibly frustrating when you’re paying a lot of money for a service.
Because of the subscription levels something’s are not available based on your plan. This means the developers have to code parts of the app to look different depending on who is using it. With 4 levels I can imagine this can be tricky. I have the + that is missing for you but you have the streaks next to your profile picture. They have made the app too complex sadly.
The changes occurred only a few days ago out of nowhere so I’m really unsure myself. My renewal isn’t till January. My membership is the Whoop peak and I had the strength trainer all along so it’s a bit puzzling. Thanks for your help Alan.
It is all very puzzling to be honest. Not that’s its very important to me but I have never had the streaks next to my profile picture, but most screenshots I see do. It doesn’t affect me using the app just annoying that it is different to other users. Yours is a lot more important and affects how you interact with the app. I have seen lots of complaints about things either not working, being moved in the app or just gone completely. Something is not right with development and how they release updates. Seems lack of checking to me. Best of luck with support ![]()
