Strength trainer like structure for all activities

I track any cardio workout through strength trainer because I like the structure. For example my Norwegian 4x4 workouts look like this

So when I hit start workout I’m on the treadmill running it counts down the set time and counts down the rest and then logs it when the workout is done. It’s great. All the information is there. And I can progressively overload it like add time to each set each week or whatever. The caveat is that strength trainers calculation for strain is not solely based on heart rate. It’s based on hr+load+reps+sets+rpe. So even tho a Norwegian 4x4 workout is like 20 mins of zone 4-5 the strain is significantly lower because it’s through strength trainer and not logged as a running session. Like way lower. My rucking session today I originally logged as rucking and it brought me to a 14 strain to the day. Then when I switched it to my strength trainer workout it brought me down to a 10. There should be a way to do interval training through running and see the rest and sets like in strength trainer. And there should be an option to add notes to a rucking session or any activity.
