Strength Trainer Feature Request: Display historical weights and reps to support progressive overload

Currently, users can’t easily track their progression during workouts. To effectively implement progressive overload, users need visibility into their historical performance, specifically, the weights and reps used for the same exercise in previous sessions. Displaying this information in the workout view would support better training decisions and progression tracking.

It would also be very helpful if the number of reps and weight in each exercise were automatically set to the last value seen for that exercise.

Can’t agree more. Feels like such an easy win to provide visibility into the past. Just a friendly “Hey, you’ve done 100lbs on this exercise the last 4 workouts, maybe try 120lbs this time”
