I would like to see a feature that displays more history of workouts. Before Whoop I tracked my workouts in a specific app. The app managed planned workouts, weight of each set, number of reps, super-sets, rest period timer, and history of last completion with rep and weight data. The app prioritized progression by clearly displaying previous weight and rep count in the workout log. I would like to see more in depth history on the workouts screen during and active workout. The app makes it impossible to exit the workout withou saving, which makes it difficult to refer to previous data. It’s hard to use a different app because then you have to double log everything to get the full benefits of the workout from Whoop.
Hi @talonrasmussen Thanks for laying this feedback out so clearly, especially the part about wanting to see previous weights and reps during an active workout to support progression. I can see how being unable to exit a workout without saving makes it frustrating to reference past data, and how double logging in another app takes away from the value of using WHOOP end to end.
Right now, Strength Trainer is focused on accurately capturing muscular load for recovery, rather than fully replacing a detailed training log. That said, your feedback about deeper workout history, planned workouts, and easier access to prior performance during a session is thoughtful and lines up with how many members approach structured strength training.
We are not able to share timelines or confirm when specific improvements will land, but just because a feature is not available today does not mean it is off the table. Input like this helps inform where the experience can evolve next, especially for members prioritizing progression and consistency.
We appreciate the feedback and will pass it along to our product team!
