Customer support asked me to provide the following: 1. Confirm the Strap ID
• On the underside of your new WHOOP 5.0 sensor you’ll see a small 6-digit alphanumeric code (e.g., “AB12CD”).
• Please reply with that Strap ID so I can verify the membership that’s attached to it.
on the underside of my new 5.0 sensor their are no numbers… ?? so where is it?
The only alphanumeric number is on the side and is not 6 digits long
